Maria is a life-long Catholic who grew up in the Philippines. Her dad taught her and her 2 sisters how to pray the Rosary. Joining the Catholic movement “Servants of the Lord” (Ang Lingkod ng Panginoon) in Manila gave her the opportunity to rekindle her faith. Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 139. Her interests include black and white photos (introduced to her by husband David), flowers and architecture and buildings.  She is currently studying Latin offered by the Church of Annunciation.  One of her favorite quotes is by St. Therese "Everything is grace."
